Project Description:

RMA is currently providing Construction Consulting Services to the District's $270 Million Measure E Bond Program. This capital improvement program will renovate most college buildings and provide 100,000 square feet of new classroom and administrative space.

RMA has developed a comprehensive approach to the inspection and assessment of a variety of facilities. We can provide you with reliable reports on the current state of your facilities along with information showing necessary repairs needed with in the next 5 and 10 years. We also provide estimates of those repairs and can identify important critical or environmentally sensitive areas that may need to be addressed sooner.
