Project Description:
This project included a major renovation and addition to the existing Public Safety Building physical plant and other technology upgrades to the communications and power systems of the facility.
RMA’s role was to provide Construction Management, document control and project monitoring (both on-site and photographic documentation) of the progress of the project. RMA conducted weekly project meetings and multiple follow up meetings with the contractor, designers and the city staff to keep the project moving. We worked very closely with the city’s contract engineering consultant the RKA Group

repairs needed with in the next 5 and 10 years. We also provide estimates of
those repairs and can identify important critical or environmentally
