Project Description:
One of the projects that we are currently assisting on is the Vista
Hermosa High School.This project consists of seven small learning
communities. These small learning centers will contain classrooms,
including general studies, science, specialized classrooms and local
administration for each small learning center. A separate building on
the campus will accommodate a library, cafeteria, auditorium, parent
and student center. A large gymnasium with locker rooms as well as
outdoor athletic facilities is designed onto the site. Adjacent to the
school will be a park available to the public as well as school
sponsored programs. The project also contains parking for 481 vehicles.
RMA has developed a comprehensive approach to the inspection and assessment
of a variety of facilities. We can provide you with reliable reports on the
current state of your facilities along with information showing necessary
repairs needed with in the next 5 and 10 years. We also provide estimates of
those repairs and can identify important critical or environmentally
sensitive areas that may need to be addressed sooner. |
