Typical to the school construction process is the use of multiple funding sources. State bonds, Local bonds, Developer fees, Re-development tax Increment (ERAF) funds, General funds and a variety of special grants are but a few of the types that may be available. Tracking these funds is a major challenge. RMA utilizes Primavera, the industry standard project management software, for all our scheduling, estimating, budget development, and fund tracking purposes.

RMA has developed a comprehensive approach to the inspection and assessment of a variety of facilities. We can provide you with reliable reports on the current state of your facilities along with information showing necessary repairs needed with in the next 5 and 10 years. We also provide estimates of those repairs and can identify important critical or environmentally sensitive areas that may need to be addressed sooner.
