Contract Labor (Prevailing Wage) Compliance
RMA is a third Party consulting firm that is able to initiate and enforce a labor compliance program for public works projects. This service is in compliance with AB 1506 and can be coordinated with local contractor outreach efforts to maximize the efficiency of the available staff.
Most recently, states have taken a posture of placing the responsibility for contractor workforce underpayment squarely on the contracting agency, if the contractor in violation cannot meet the proceeding and identifies areas that may not be in compliance with the program as designed.
